No returns are applicable for any defect on a promotional item (free with any product). Customers can return their order within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Once we have received the product(s) and a quality check is done, the product amount will be credited back to you as reward points for the exact same amount (excluding shipping charges). Online refunds for shipping are not applicable. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us.
