Refund policy

All products on Printlu are custom-made, print-on-demand orders produced specifically for you. Because every item is personalized and manufactured only after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges.


Damages & Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shelfmerch.in@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll evaluate and make it right - either through a replacement or a refund at our discretion.


Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where the item is confirmed defective or an error was made on our end. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


No Cancellations
Since production begins immediately after an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
