Thank you for shopping with Printlu (operated by Chitlu Innovations Private Limited). Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time
All our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand). Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 4 business days.
You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹79.
Express shipping charges will be displayed at checkout if available for your pin code.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at shelfmerch.in@gmail.com.

Shipping Partners
We ship across India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart, depending on your location and order type.

Bulk & Corporate Orders
For bulk orders (50+ units), please contact us directly at shelfmerch.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 91217 36524 to discuss timelines and delivery arrangements. Bulk orders may have customised shipping timelines.

Delivery Issues
Wrong Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Printlu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, you may request a re-shipment (re-shipping charges will apply) or a store credit.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery at shelfmerch.in@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Printlu has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
